§ 30-84. Heavy vehicles in public right-of-way.

No vehicle shall be parked on any public right-of-way in the town which has a load capacity in excess of one ton provided that this section shall not apply to vehicles making deliveries or pick up while actively engaged in unloading or loading operations.
