§ 1-10. Ordinance summons incorporated by reference.

Latest version.

The ordinance summons ordinance of the town, adopted as Ord. No. 92-14, July 7, 1992, or as subsequently amended, is hereby incorporated by reference hereto and made a part of this Code as fully and completely as if such ordinance was set out in this section verbatim. A copy of the ordinance summons ordinance, with amendments thereto, shall be maintained on file in the office of the municipal clerk.
