§ 14-31. Prohibited acts generally.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the town to do any act which offends or endangers the public order or economy of the town or which annoys, injures, endangers, interferes with or renders insecure the health, safety, good order, economy or property rights of the whole community or of any considerable number of persons, or to omit to do any act or perform any duty which the common good, public decency or morals, or the public right to life, health and the use of property requires. Any violation of this section shall constitute a nuisance.
