Chapter 11. RENTAL PROPERTY REGISTRATION AND REGULATIONS

§ 11-10. License fee.

(a)

The annual license fee shall be $50.00 per dwelling unless renewal license is applied for after the April 15 ^th deadline; or if property is rented prior to obtaining the rental license. If this occurs the total fee (includes penalty) will be $100.00.

(b)

The annual license fee shall be waived for one year, for one dwelling if the owner lived in the dwelling as their primary residence prior to home being vacated and permitted as a rental home.

(c)

If the property owner has more than five rental units then he/she is required to obtain a business license from the town.
