§ 2.7. Application requirements and fees.

All applications shall contain or be accompanied by the information required by Table 1, together with the required fee to help cover the cost of processing.

	1. All information required of general property surveys, in accord with the Minimum Standards Manual for the Practice of Land Surveying in South Carolina, as promulgated by S.C. Code 1976, § 40-21-10 et seq.;
	2. Existing and proposed water and sewer lines and fire hydrants;
	3. All information required by chapters 1—3 of the town stormwater management ordinance be submitted;
	4. Land acreage;
	5. Proposed lot layout, dimensions, average size, and number;
	6. Setback lines along street right-of-way;
	7. Flood hazard areas and wetlands, if any;
Major (preliminary plat approval)	Twelve copies of plat at above scale showing following additional information:	$50.00, plus $5.00 per lot, not to exceed $300.00
	8. Proposed street pattern, right-of-way widths, street profiles, angles and tangents, and street names;
	9. Contour lines at vertical intervals of at least five feet and the location and elevation of the benchmark to which contour elevations refer, recorded at survey quality points;
	10. Preliminary engineering plans for sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water, and gas lines, showing connections to existing systems or proposals for developing new systems;
	11. Plans for the protection of soils on the site from wash, erosion, and other drainage during the course of the construction period;
	12. Time schedule if proposed for development in phases, with details of each phase;
Major (final plat approval)	Fourteen copies of plat at above scale accompanied by or showing following additional information:	$50.00
	8. Information in 1, 4, 5 and 7 above;
	9. Lot numbers and block numbers, if applicable;
	10. All easements, designating location, width and condition;
	11. As-built drawings of required improvements or improvement guarantee, ensuring installation of all required improvements, if not installed;
	12. Certificates of ownership and dedication, and approval.
LAND DEVELOPMENT
	1. Information required by 1 and 4 above;	$50.00
	2. Location of all proposed structures, including freestanding signs;
	3. Required building setback lines and height of structures;
	4. Required landscaping, bufferyards, common open space and screening;
	5. Required off-street parking and loading space;
	6. On-site traffic circulation system.
