§ 3-12. Retail use in the CN district.

Due to the nature and intent of the CN district, retail stores, where permitted as conditional uses on table 1, shall not exceed 5,000 square feet of gross floor area (GFA) and shall adhere to the following buffer schedule:
Stores

not exceeding 1,500 square feet GFA area: type C buffer;

Stores

greater than 1,500 square feet GFA area: type D buffer.
