§ 1-1. Establishment of districts.

For the purpose of this ordinance, the Town of Irmo is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

RS	Single-family residential district
RG	General residential district
CO	Office-commercial district
CN	Neighborhood-commercial district
CG	General commercial district
LM	Light manufacturing district
FA	Fringe agricultural district
PDD	Planned development district
